Job Title: HRIS Analyst (Oracle Cloud HCM)
Location: Irvine, CA (100% onsite/week)

Compensation: $120,000 to 137,000 (based on experience) plus annual bonus

We're partnered with a client who is seeking a Senior HRIS Systems Analyst to serve as a key technical resource supporting and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

What You'll Do
- Configure, administer, and optimize multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring alignment across HR processes and enterprise systems
- Support Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Absence Management, and HCM Analytics
- Develop complex reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements, deliver enhancements, and improve user experience
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform testing, support upgrades, and drive continuous system improvements
- Leverage Oracle tools including Fast Formulas, Flows, Value Sets, and HCM Extracts to automate and streamline business processes
- Conduct audits, data validation, and reporting activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Create documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources while promoting adoption of new functionality
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience supporting and configuring multiple HCM modules
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and related modules including Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, and Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI)
- Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and systems design skills
- Experience supporting upgrades, testing, audits, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification strongly preferred
